Together with our strategic partners, we offer a one-stop shop for those interested in harnessing the sun. From the technical side, we manage solar projects from beginning to end: we manage the FIT application process; we design, engineer, install and commission the solar system; and we monitor and manage the operations once the system is connected to the electricity grid. From the financial side, we have the capability to own (in a space-leasing arrangement), to enter into a partnership (as joint project owners), or to provide turnkey services (for those opting to own the entire system 100%).

Solar technology is proven and tested for local conditions and has an expected lifetime of 40 years. Our selected panels are investment-grade and come with industry-leading warranties, including:

• Power performance guarantee for 25 years.
• Strong-framed modules rated for loads up to 5400 Pa to withstand heavier snow loads (typical snow load requirements in Ontario are in the range of 2400-3000 Pa).

Our background includes a range of energy efficient sectors. PQI Global (our strategic EPC partner) has a 20-year history in the development of LED lighting solutions, solar LED autonomous lighting systems, and solar thermal applications.
